Daria nikolaeva

Daria Nikolaeva is a visual storyteller and photographer based in Bangkok.

Born in Saint Petersburg, she has lived and photographed in several countries, including Serbia, Sri Lanka and Thailand. Her work is shaped by migration, cultural curiosity and a deep interest in human stories.

Daria’s photography explores the connection between people, their environment and their craft.

Through documentary imagery, she captures quiet moments, everyday life and the emotional depth of individuals within their cultural landscapes.

In 2025, her work was selected for the IMAGENATION PARIS exhibition, where it was presented in the center of Paris alongside international photographers.

Today she continues to document people, cultures and places around the world, creating visual stories that invite the viewer to pause, observe and feel.
